Remote vs In-Person Coaching: Which Is Right for You?

When I started coaching, one of the first questions I was asked was, “Do you do this in person or online?” The honest answer is both. Each has its advantages. The key is to choose the format that best suits your goals, your lifestyle, and the way you want to grow.

Over the past few years, I’ve coached ambitious marketers and leaders across the globe. Some meet me virtually, others sit across the table from me in London. Both work. The real question is which one works best for you.


The case for remote coaching

Remote coaching has opened up a world of opportunity. You can work with the right coach regardless of geography. It fits into busy schedules, avoids travel, and allows you to connect from the office, at home, or even while travelling.

For many leaders, remote coaching feels more focused. With fewer logistics and distractions, the sessions cut straight to the heart of the issue. It also allows for greater consistency, which is critical if you want to build momentum in your growth. The case for in-person coaching
